ZURAB NIKVASHVILI
Founder & CEO
Zurab brings extensive experience in taxation, accounting, finance and business management. He led EY’s Tax & Legal practice in Georgia and Armenia for 15 years and later served as Managing Partner of Prime Tax, a member firm of Andersen Global.
He holds both a Ph.D. and an MBA and has practised as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the U.S. and Georgia. His experience combines technical financial expertise with senior-level business and management advisory.
EKA TABATADZE
Co-Founder
Eka brings 20 years of experience in product development, change management, digital transformation and innovation.
She has led transformation initiatives across insurance, finance, real estate, healthcare and education, and has successfully managed 100+ projects, using technology to address business needs and strengthen organisational capabilities.
